EVENT REGULATIONS
- The Event organizers are:
- Łódzka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna S.A. with its registered office in Lodz (90-349), ul. Ks. Biskupa Wincentego Tymienieckiego 22 G, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Łódź Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000014128, REGON: 471537330, NIP: 725-14-86- 825 with a fully paid-up share capital of PLN 24,927,000;
- Związek Importerów i Producentów Sprzętu Elektrycznego i Elektronicznego – ZIPSEE Cyfrowa Polska with its registered office in Warsaw (00-876), ul. Ogrodowej 58, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for M.St. Warszawa in Warszawa, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under: 0000250359, REGON: 140463214, NIP: 5222802518;
– hereinafter referred to as the „Organizers”.
- Rethink Digital Fest hereinafter referred to as the “Event” will be held on 3-4 October 2024 in the Lodz Special Economic Zone headquarters, located in Lodz (90-349), ul. Ks. Biskupa Wincentego Tymienieckiego 22 G.
- The Event shall last two days and comprises of three parts:
- Fest, 3rd October 2024: substantive part of the Event – expert presentations and talks in the form of discussion panels, fireside chats and others.
- Glamorous Evening Gala, 3rd October 2024: Only guests invited by the Organizers can attend.
- Fest and Technological Job Fair, 4th October 2024: substantive part of the Event – expert presentations and talks in the form of discussion panels, as well as networking session for registered users.
- Participation in the Event is possible after registration via the application form only. Due to the limited number of places, participation in the Event is determined by the order of applications. The Organizers reserve the right to impose a limit on the number of participants from one company or to refuse applications without having to give a reason.
- The Event shall be led in Polish and English (simultaneous interpreting).

- Festival (3-4.10.2024 r.): 199,00 zł netto
- The fee for participation in the Event must be paid within 7 days from the registration date, data for transfer shall be sent by the Organizers after filling in the application form and after positive verification of an application sent via e-mail.
- The whole registration fee paid shall be returned in case of resignation from participation in the Event reported in the form of a written request before 30.09.2024. Should this be the case, money shall be transferred into a bank account from which the payment has been made. The Organizers reserve the right not to return the fee paid if resignation from participation in the Event is reported after 30.09.2023.
- During the Event, photographs and films will be taken and subsequently made public and processed, on which the image of persons present at the Event may be captured. By taking part in the Event, participants and observers consent to the free publicity and processing of their image in photos and videos taken during the Event.
- The Organizers reserve the exclusive right to make amendments to the Regulations not breaching the basic principles of the Event. Amendments to the Regulations cannot infringe rights acquired by Participants. Amendments do not require a justification. Any possible information on amendments or corrections in the Regulations shall immediately be published at the website www.re-d.pl
DISCLOSURE OBLIGATION
- In accordance with Article 13 and Article 26 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”), we hereby inform that the Organizers jointly process your personal data and inform about substantial content of their joint arrangements as Co-controllers of personal data. The Co-controllers of Your personal data are:

- Due to the fact that the Executive Administrator and the Co-administrator – in order to organize and conduct the event operate on the basis of co- administration, an appropriate agreement has been concluded. Each of the Organizers exercises due diligence to ensure the security of processing your data and you can contact any of them with any questions. The tasks of the organizers were clearly divided among themselves:
- Łódź Special Economic Zone is responsible for handling applications, managing entries and handling Participants before the event,
- issues of settlements, including invoicing, making the room available, providing ongoing technical support for the event belong to the Łódź Special Economic Zone
- each of the Organizers also provides knowledge and experience to make the event as interesting as possible for you.
- Your data will be processed for the purpose of:
- application for participation in the event voluntary consent (the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. One has the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, although the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- sending commercial information based on your voluntary consent (the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, although the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal
- possible determination, investigation or defense against claims being the implementation of our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR until the claims are time-barred.
- offering you products and services directly (direct marketing), which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) until you object to the processing of data for this purpose or we determine that the data have become obsolete
- offering directly (direct marketing) products and services of companies cooperating with us (our partners / event sponsors), being the implementation of a legitimate interest of us and our partners (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) until they report You object to the processing of data for this purpose or we will establish that the data has become obsolete.
- Recipients of your personal data will be:
- external entities that provide services related to the day-to-day operations of the Co-administrators, under the relevant agreements for entrusting the processing of personal data and ensuring that the above- mentioned entities with adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection,
- external entities that provide and support the Co-administrators’ ICT systems, on the basis of relevant agreements for entrusting the processing of personal data and ensuring the use of the above-mentioned entities with adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection,
- entities participating in the Event, which, on the basis of your consent, will be able to contact you for the purpose of their own direct marketing,
- entities to which the Administrator is obliged to provide data on the basis of applicable law.
- You have the right to access your personal data, request the rectification of your personal data, delete or limit the processing of personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- To the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is the consent or the legitimate interest of the Executive Administrator and the Co-administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data – unless there are valid, legally justified grounds for further processing – overriding the interests , rights and freedoms of the data subject or grounds for asserting, establishing or defending claims.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to organize the event. By registering for our Event and selecting the appropriate participation options (personal or online participation), you enter into an agreement with us, which is the basis of our activities.
- In all matters regarding the protection of personal data, you can contact both with the Executive Administrator and with the Co-Administrator, but the Executive Administrator is the contact point for you.

- The Executive Administrator and the Co-administrator do not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations, and they will not make automated decisions based on your personal data, including decisions resulting from profiling.
